Põhja Street is one-way.

The nearest affordable parking facility is the Port Artur parking garage.

ENTRANCE TO THE MUSEUM BUILDING

The museum has two glass-door entrances.
Both entrances are accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.
The doors do not have horizontal handles.

The main entrance is located on Aida Street, opposite the Concert Hall.
Wheelchair and stroller users are advised to use this entrance, as it is level with the street.
The door opens automatically with a gesture and closes by itself.
There is a floor grate just inside the entrance.
A guidance path leads to the ticket desk, located near the entrance in the vestibule.

The second entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, on Põhja Street.
It can be reached via a gently sloping covered ramp.
The glass door opens outward to the right by pulling.
The platform lift is a few meters ahead along a slightly inclined path.
The lift has a capacity of 300 kg and provides access to the vestibule.
Next to the lift is a staircase with 12 steps leading to the vestibule.
At the bottom of the stairs, you arrive at the same location as from the main entrance.
Upon exiting the lift, the guidance path leads left to the ticket desk, and straight ahead and right to the cloakroom and restroom.

At the ticket desk, you will be greeted by a visitor assistant.
Induction loop system is available at the ticket desk.

The visitor assistant can help you choose the correct ticket and introduce current exhibitions and offers.
Feel free to ask additional questions or guidance about the exhibitions and accessibility.
Visitor assistants generally speak Estonian and English, and in some cases also Russian and Finnish.
